FENDI GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1.    PROMOTER

2.    The promoter is WHO IS ELIJAH PTY LTD (ABN: 4641759168) of 42 Bay Road, Taren Point, NSW, 2229 Australia, referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”.

4.    The giveaway starts on [Wednesday, 27 July 2025] and ends at 11:59pm AEST on [Tuesday, 9th August 2025]. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5.    ELIGIBILITY

6.    Open to Australian, New Zealand, US & UK residents. Employees of WHO IS ELIJAH and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

7.    HOW TO ENTER

8.    To enter, customers must sign up to your data base via this link (https://whoiselijah.co.nz/pages/fendi-giveaway) during the promotional period. All entries will receive a $30 AUD voucher.

12. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 3 business days of the competition closing. WHO IS ELIJAH reserves the right to redraw if the winner does not respond within 5 business days.
